There are certain gems on tv, with low budgets, mostly unknown actors, and borrowed storylines. They tend to run in the same production circles too (common producers/directors, recycled actors, etc). For some reason I love these shows ! I think I just have a knack for remembering elaborate mythologies, like Marvel comics or whatever.  They don't really have a common thread, but they sort of fall into a genre...... and i'm making a list!
